ALEC panel pushes smokeless tobacco

For over 2 years now, members of the Utah vaping community along with CASAA have been fighting to keep smoke-free products easily accessible to smokers both in and out of Utah. There have been countless studies performed on the different products showing scientific proof they are around 98% less harmful than smoking tobacco products. For the first time, it appears that our legislators around the country may have finally heard us.

The Utah Vapers has reached out to Senator Niederhauser's office so we may begin a positive working relationship to help draft and introduce legislation that will help combat the plateaued smoking rates in Utah and across the country.
